Dear Sir,

Re: J Rimell - Rate No.11427

      With reference to my representative's discussion with your Mr. Bingham on 25th ult., I have now filed my report to the Court on the application of the Eastbourne Corporation regarding general rates, and I have also incorporated a paragraph concerning your claim. It may be of assistance to you to inspect this report, which I have no doubt the Registrar of the Court will allow you so to do on production of this letter.

      I have written to the debtor pointing out that you are prepared to accept payment of the £5.7.9d by installments of £1 a month, and suggesting that he write to you as to what he is prepared to do in the matter. I have told him you are not prepared to accept payment of a small installment each quarter, and that if he does not come to an agreement with you or take any action that you will no doubt apply for a Moratorium Order
